How To Be A Terrible Blogger

Hey! Wow. I'm sorry to have let you down! I haven't posted in a really long time. Life is so busy and things get in the way. So if you want to be a terrible blogger, which I don't think you do, be like me! Ha ha! Anyways. This weight loss thing is not going well as usual. I decided and made the decision to cut out on bread and things. I am thinking about trying to local gym. I hope I see progress real soon. The truth is, I'm so tired and it's almost as if I need a good 'ol kick in the butt to get me going again. So please, go ahead. Along with life getting in the way, I'm also sick. I have been this way for a month now. I NEVER usually get sick but boy, this sucker hit me hard. I really hope it goes away soon and no, I haven't used the excuse/lied and said I'm not hungry like people usually do when they are sick and also trying to lose weight at the same time. I'm still eating as well as I can. You gotta keep those nutrients a'coming. So that's pretty much my update. I still have not been able to get Deidre Hall's Kitchen Close-Up book. Unfortunate, I know. I really want it but I don't have a Amazon account and that's the only place they are selling it. Shoot. Stay classy! Don't be surprised if I don't update again soon. Oh yeah, good job on ensuring more views, huh?

Home Sweet Home!

Okay! I'm back from holidays for a while now. I'm disappointed to say I did not keep up my fitness and nutrition plan during holidays. Well you all know what holidays are like! You eat more often, eat more junky snacks, don't get as much exercise because holidays are for relaxing... Or is that just me? Well anyways I just got back to my plan today. Bought lots of celery and watermelon! These tend to keep you fuller longer and have no calories. They come in handy when you are feeling snackish or need something to eat. I actually re-created my workout plan today after I finished working out based on the other plan. So if you don't mind I'd like to share the plan right below and if you have any questions please feel free to ask. Maybe you'd even share or change yours as well! :)

WORKOUT PLAN:
Plug in/turn on the radio or ipod
100 twist crunches
50-100 normal crunches
50 push-ups
5o on back leg spreads
100 side stretch squats
50-100 normal squats
60 tricep/bicep curls with weight
50 more crunches

Then wait about a half an hour and go jogging for 30 minutes. This will be sure to help if it's done everyday and you're diet is healthy!

Crap.

No worries. Although the title says crap this blog update is obviously not based on crap... I just wanted to let you all know I failed the sugar detox. Hah! Crap. See? Yeah well, I got sucked into having a cinamon bun with cream cheese drizzled on top. Oh man. I was so disappointed when I finished. Sorry if I let you all down. Sugar Detox

Starting tomorrow I am beginning another healthy arrangement to my weight loss plan. I am going to see how far I can go without eating any processed sugar products. No candies, chocolates, cookies or anything that has loads of unnatural sugar inside. A few friends have tried this and have been very successful. I hope I get to be as successful as them. I think my plan here is to start the detox tomorrow along with eating healthy and exercising again. I'm gonna try to slim up before fall. Hopefully that goal will come to a success! All I can do right now is try. I bet I'll have even more temptation troubles now. What shall I do? Any idears? Ah well. I'll see what I can do. Stay with me and my weight loss challenge. Come on! I'm Trying

I'm trying. I'm trying to keep you all posted but I'm on holidays. Since I do not own a laptop it's hard to update you on the road. Very busy but this being very busy isn't all that productive with the weight loss challenge/progress. I'm hoping to start jogging again tomorrow and start to eat healthy again. Don't know how long that will go for but I'm trying. Do any of you readers/wanna-be-thinners know how to avoid temptation with snacking and eating so much? Whether it's healthy eating or not? I've tried many theories but I have not succeeded with any of them. To be inspired you should all go check out Susie McEntire Luchsinger on facebook and see her pictures and workouts. She lost 40 pounds and is looking great! She works hard and looks great but I have no idea how she keeps with it all the time. Golly. Anyways gotta go do some more packing! Deidre, Her Blogging and Her New Site.

So have you seen it?! Dee's new and improved official page? You gotta go see it if you haven't already! There are so many wonderful products available for purchase! You should go to her new and exciting site and go check out the new gadgets. She's got great information on her new book coming out on July 20. "Deidre Hall's Kitchen Close-Up" should be exciting and I'm sure all of us will find it very helpful. Dee also has a beauty section that is filled with all natural products that are easy and great on your body. Things like sunscreens, eye lash enhancers, primer and more. If you're interested go check it out! There is also a tab on there that I use. It's for the support on your deit and exercise. The Chubettes, that's what Deidre called her weight loss contestants, are incredibly supportive and push determination your way. You'd be amazed. Can I Have Some Fettucini and A Bikini?


I was looking in the mirror the other day. It looks as if these crunches have been doing some good! I'm going away for holidays next week and where I'm going has a pool. Is it time? Is it time that I finally try a bikini? I've told myself well, let's go shopping and try on a few first before we make this wobbly decision. So where to go, where to go... Anyways, I looked at the scale yesterday. Can you imagine that I'm only a half a pound heavier even after all the junk food, snacks and sugary sweets that were consumed during those stressful weeks I was telling you about?! I can't believe it! Maybe my metabolism is beginning to behave. I guess all this work has been doing some good, huh? Any who, I'm still kinda nervous to go into that change room and try on a bikini. I love to eat but I'd love to fit into a bikini. I have a problem, don't I? Wouldn't it be nice if I could have lots fettucini but still be able to wear a bikini? That's pretty corny isn't it? Well, you know what I mean... Do you have any bikini or bathing suit stories you are willing to share? I'd love some reassurance. So if you could just get on reassuring me, that would be great. To Those Who Are Still Here...

For those few people who are still checking up on this blog I apologize for not updating. Yeah it's been a while but boy has it been busy and stressful. It was hard to find the time to update you on what has been going on with the weight loss plan. I wasn't to impressed with my diet and exercising so I thought what was the use in telling you about it when I did get some spare time. So since I have some spare time I can tell you it hasn't been easy keeping with this plan ever since Deidre Hall's Weight Loss Challenge ended. Though there has been some reassurance on her Weight Loss Challenge Forums. The Chubettes are just dandy and still super supportive. I'm glad that Deidre and the crew didn't get rid of the forums because I bet some of us just would've fell apart. But we didn't and the forum is still here so cheers! Hah! I appreciate those who still visit this blog every now and then but I am disappointed to tell you my diet and exercise hasn't been so consistent. I am back in the loop now but I felt so bad when I wasn't. Due to the stress and things that happened this past month made some stress eating happen. I am a bad stress eater! I hate it. But I realized that when the stress was over how much easier it was to focus on my plan. I am almost stress free now and am proud to say I am back on the plan and bursting with determination and energy. I really hope you all come visit this blog every now and then to see the progress that I make. Even you could share a few stories, comments or complaints on how you have been progressing through your plan. You know I'd love to read them. I hope I made this clear enough! Sorry All, Hello Again!

Wow! The last week was super busy! That's one of the reasons why I haven't updated you the last week. The other reason is because I felt guilty... I didn't exercise pretty much all week except for Monday and towards the end of the week I wasn't doing to well with the healthy diet. So I skipped Weight Day, again. I'm sorry! Ha! But I'm exercising everyday this week and I'm being a little less cocky with what I eat so hopefully that'll pay off! Did you know that celery has no calories? You actually burn calories while you digest it! Isn't that neat? I thought I should maybe add another recipe that I like. So here you go...







Homemade Breakfast Wrap



What You Need:

  • 1-2 eggs

  • Bacon is optional. (small amount)

  • 1 tortilla

  • 2 Tbsp of salsa

  • 2-4 pinches of shredded cheese (average sized pinches)

  • 1 Tbsp of mayonnaise

What to do:

  1. Cook you eggs in a pan. (scrambled or not) Optional bacon should be cooked as well.

  2. Put your cheese on top.

  3. Let the cheese melt.

  4. Warm your tortilla *optional*

  5. Set your tortilla out on a plate.

  6. Spread your mayonnaise on it evenly towards the center. Should only be a thin layer.

  7. The put your cheesy eggs in the center of the tortilla.

  8. Add your salsa on top of that.

  9. Wrap it up!

  10. Enjoy with maybe a nice class of 100% orange juice!

Should I Welcome You?

So as we all know, today is Weight Day. This morning I thought to myself before I weighed in, should I be welcoming Weight Day or dreading it? The answer today was apparently welcoming! Surprisingly after my holidays and all the Easter treats that I have received I dropped four pounds. That's ten all together! I'm actually pretty happy! That is ten pounds in three weeks! I hear from a reliable source that is this the healthy speed to be losing weight. So if you are all listening please do not lose weight too fast! It isn't healthy for your body. Besides it's kinda the point to still lose weight but stay healthy, isn't it? Well that's what I think. So, my weight loss challenge is off to a good start! I feel energized and determined, hopefully that feeling will continue till I reach my goal weight! I am doing well hopefully all you "wanna-be-thinners" are doing great as well. If not, feel free to share what you have been having trouble with in the comments box. I really recommend that all of you "wanna-be-thinners" visit Deidre's weight loss challenge/forums page. Simple Smoothie Recipe


Okay, so today I was thinking what I should include on the blog and came up with a pretty good idea. I've been telling you I have been drinking these homemade milkshakes/smoothies right? Why not tell you some good recipes every now and then? They're healthy! They taste good! Come on, try it! You know you want to!



Fast Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients
  • One cup (250 mL) plain low fat yogurt
  • Four cups (1 L) of ripe strawberries
  • Half a cup (125 mL) of fresh or 100% orange juice
  • *Optional* 1 tsp of sugar or honey.

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend/chop/or whatever you do with your milkshakes for about 15-25 seconds. If the drink is not fully blended try blending for a few more seconds. This recipe does serve four people so feel free to make one for your friends or family. Especially if they come to workout with you! They make good breakfasts, snacks and healthy little "rewards" So go ahead! It's that easy! Oh man I sound like the 'Slap Chop' guy off those commercials... Hey! Maybe you could use a slap chop for those strawberries, huh?

Rough, Tough and Chocolate

Boy! Don't you hate it when Easter comes around and there is all this chocolate everywhere? Well I don't hate it cause I love chocolate but it's a tough time to be loosing weight. I got these little chocolate eggs with the coloured tin foil cause they look so good and plus it's kinda like a tradition in our family. It was a hard process on which to get them but hey, they say you should have at least 5 peice of chocolate a day. Don't take that from me cause I heard it on the radio and who knows where it came from. So since I've been back from holidays I have been working out like crazy! It is so busy with work and all it kinda just drains you out doesn't it? Rough and tough are the two words I would use for losing weight this time of year. I just got back from a fast and long bike ride. I also did 100 crunch-like things. I think I might do another 100 tonight. Today for lunch I had another salad. Twas very good indeed. I put lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, and all that jazz in there along with some straberries. Just so I felt I was eating right there was some pork chop to go along with that. I say try to make your salads interesting! It's more fun! Different and exciting salads are better than just normal ones that bore you to death every time you decide to have one! Come on try it. Think of some good things to put in there and then tell me what it is! I would love to try something new aswell! Stay STRONG! We all know how difficult that is this time of year! Holidays Have Ups and Downs... Yikes!

Hey all! Sorry it's been a while since I updated... I am now back from holidays and am feeling bad about how much chips and crap I ate over the holidays. I did too much snacking. I hope I didn't let y'all down but then again you know how holidays are. Anyways, I'm getting back into the routine and have exercised today. I did some abdominal work and went for a speedy bike ride. I feel so energized! I didn't check my weight on Weight Day like I was supposed to. I'm sorry! I'm just so scared to look cause of all the crap I consumed over these holidays of mine. I'm just happy that I am home and can get motivated to get back in the mode. I'm really wondering how all of your programs are going. Care to tell me? Hmm. It makes me curious. Anyways just a quick update not much to tell. Upcoming Week

Happy Thursday all! Guess what? It's Grey's Anatomy night! Can I get a woot woot? Ok I'm just updating you all on what has happened. I wouldn't say much of anything interesting has happened but hey an update is an update. Well I have been a little more stronger with my diet this week. I have been eating salads for my lunch this whole week and even some for suppers. Though I had some really good pasta and sausage last night for supper. I am hoping the scale's numbers will have decreased by the time I check the scale this weekend. Which reminds me, I am on holidays this upcoming week so I am not sure how well I am going to be able to update y'all. I have been exercising and hope that my hardwork will pay off soon. I have been drinking some great homemade milkshakes latley and some fresh fruit. My local grocery had a good deal on pinapples and mangos this week so guess what I bought. Mmmm. They're pretty tasty. Is it bad if I had pineapple, a mango AND a milkshake last night? Gah! Oh heck am I hoping I dropped some weight...Gotta get to my goal weight, don't cha know... Hah! It's A Fun Kind of Ouch.

Hey all! I just wanted to update you on what happened this fine Monday. Well when I got back from work I put on my sweats, a sweater and tied my hair in a ponytail. Hold on, hold on! I know that wasn't that interesting but I ended up going for a bike ride with a friend. We went for about an hour. It was great. I'm kind of sore now though. I think I need one of those jelly seat pads for my bike cause my butt is just killing me. My legs are feeling the nice worked sensations too. Well the comforting feeling is that I can have a nice warm bath later and be proud that I went biking for that long and that hard. I'm sure you all can do it! You should try it's actually pretty fun! I do recomend doing it with a friend though, it is so much easier! Support is the best thing you can do other that exercise and eating healthy when you are trying to lose weight. Take it from me! Anyways, after I came back from the ride I had a few spoonfuls of yogutrt. I heard that milk products are good for you after you work out. My friend had a smoothie. Those are good too! Smoothies with milk, yogurt, bananas and strawberries. You can pretty much put anything in it!I plan on having a salad tonight for supper. Boy, I feel good! I love the proud feeling you get after you worked your butt off, literally. Anywho, I know that was a short update but just wanted to tell ya about my little biking adventure. Scale Day! Ahh!

Happy Sunday all! Hope you all had a great weekend. Today as we all know is Scale Day. Ahh! Well I weighed in and surprisingly I am the same weight I was when I checked last weekend. I expected that I was going to have gained a few pounds. I expected that because last week was very stressful and well, I'm a bad stress eater. I think my exercise played a role too though. I wasn't as determined as I was the week before. There is gonna be a change to that, I'm gonna give 'er this week and decrease some more numbers on the scale. Well I was watching the TV last week and you neer would have guessed what I saw. There was really nothing on the TV and I was trying to look for something that I could watch and work out to so I was flipping through the guide when I came upon "The Bonnie Hunt Show". I always thought Bonnie Hunt was pretty nice and heard her show wasn't all that bad either so I decided to watch some. It was so weird, I was watching while I was exercising and she brought out this fancy little weight scale. The fancy thing about this wasn't just that it looked snazzy but didn't tell you your actual weight. It simply just told you if you gained or lost some pounds! Isn't that neat? I found it kind of funny though because this came on when I was working out. Anways, Windows 7 is now installed on my computer. It's gonna take some getting used to but I think I'll manage. Finally the Weekend. Scale day coming up! Yikes!

Oh man! I feel so guilty! I didn't exercise last night! Ah! My reason was - I know I can't make excuses when I just told you not to but a family member came to visit. This was my "reason". She was here pretty late and left me unable to exercise. But don't worry! I'm going to do a ULTRA workout today. Hopefully it gets a little warmer outside! That wind is wicked! I was hoping to go for a jog or bike ride today. Anyways, today I have the day off. I hate being home because there is so much stinking food around. Hopefully my ULTRA exercise thoughts will keep me out of the cupboards. I'm very excited to get to my exercising. Golly, that must sound weird hey? Nah. Not for me! I'm excited to get rid of these lousy pounds. Aren't we all. Well I became a user of Deidre's weight loss challenge last night. You would not believe how much support you could get on there! Wow! Well I invited some of the Chubettes to come visit this weight loss blog as well so hopefully you people start sharing some stories! Today's update was short but hey! I gotta save some time to go exercise too you know! Have a lovely weekend. As I am told, don't be afraid to cheat sometime during the weekend. Stay Strong! No Excuses!

It's very hard to type and eat an apple at the same time. Yeah, you better believe it! I'm eating a apple. Gosh, apples are good...and healthy! Wooh hoo! Well this week has been very stressful. This is dangerous because being stressed is not healthy! Especially when you are trying to lose weight or any other time I guess. Stay away from stress they tell me! What if you can't? Anyways, I'm staying strong and hopefully everything will be alright. Unfortanately I didn't go for my bike ride today. The wind was way to strong to go against which would most likely be a good workout. My excuse is that I am working out every night anyway. That's another thing! Try not to make excuses! Weight loss can be tough but and so can trying not to make excuses. When you are trying to lose weight and for example you say, "Ah, I'll just start exercising next Monday I took the stairs today anyway..." BAD! You will get yourself no where! No where! Determination in the key once again. Just kick yourself in the butt and tell yourself to go for a walk or jog after work. Who knows you might not even need to go those two things! There are many types of exercise! Me? I do biking, walking and running. I don't even do those all the time. I do different things... I work my abs, arm muscles, leg muscles. Come on! Try anything. Be free my little "wanna-be-thinners"!! You'll thank me in the end! You just gotta eat right(healthy), snack less and exercise! You'll feel good and that good feeling will boost that determination that allows you to keep it up. Trust me! It works! I'm reporting this from many people's views not only my own! It works for me so far. I've lost 6 pounds in two weeks. I must say I could do better but it is a pretty good start hey? Well Deidre Hall updated her weight loss challenge blog. Go check it out! www.deidrehall.me/challenge_blog . She recently weighed 133 and then some of her Chubettes were complaining that she was getting too skinny. So she made the desision to maintain that weight. Turns out in her latest blog she quotes, "No surprise, maintenance is not as easy as it sounds. I'm 135 and back on two shakes a day and being a little less cocky." Hah! The woman is right! You got to work to maintain! Thats a fact! Anyways, I think thats a long enough update. Is It Happening Yet?? Guh!

Oh my goodness! It was such a gorgeous day out! Again, I went for a bike ride and enjoyed it! Well today I'm not sure if it was just my hope or if it was actually happening. Are my pants geting looser? Gee, I sure hope so! I've made a pact with myself that I will only check my weight on the dreaded scale on the weekend about every one to two weeks. Hopefully I will start to see more difference in the numbers. I am working so hard and want to see more results! I know... Don't we all? Well after I was finished doing my nightly workout last night I had a very great tasting homemade fruit smoothie. Gosh it was good! It was actually very easy to make! I put some frozen blue berries in it, a banana, some milk, some vanilla yourgurt and a teeny squirt of processed vanilla flavouring. Ah! I know, I know. Processed. Uck! I usually just use that stuff for baking and things but I actually hardly tasted it in the actual smoothie. You guys should really try it! It's great and I heard it's good to have something like that after you finished working out. So when I woke up this morning I had a very sore mid-section! Ugh, my goodness! I usually love feeling the burn but boy, this was REAL pain. It hurt to laugh and stretch all through out the day! I hope everyone else's program is going well. Time To Celebrate?!

Well, after I finished updating you guys yesturday I went and checked the dreaded scale. To my surprise I lost six pounds! I was pretty happy. Now I'm thinking, should I celebrate? The answer would have to be no. The reason is, in my opinion, is that if you treat yourself you will want to treat yourself everytime you lose a few pounds and then you'll end up gaining weight again instead of losing it. Don't get me wrong! I'm not saying don't have some sweets and junk once in a while but those are the key words. Once in a while! Well Monday was Monday-ish. Since we're getting all this wonderful spring-like weather I went for another long bike ride after work. It got kind of chilly out soon so I had to stop but I can still workout tonight right? Anyways. I think after I work out relaxing is a good option. Might even watch the movie I bought from Ebay. Must say looks like a pretty good one and it jsut arrived in the mail today! A Lovely But Ugly Weekend

Oh my goodness! I haven't blogged since Wednesday so I thought I would update you on what has happened this guilt-ish weekend. I opened Friday with opening arms! The week was stressful and tiring! Losing weight can do that, we all know! The thing is Friday I had to go to two parties! Ah! I know! Two parties full of junk food and snacks. Unfortanatley, I did eat lots. I felt very guilty! Saturday was such a nice day out so I decided since I ate so much unhealthy food the previous night I would get some extra exercise! Luckily it was one of the warmest days we've had in a long time! I pulled on a sweater instead of a jacket and went for a 60 minute bike ride. It was so very nice! I biked all around our small little town. The sun was shining and there was not a cloud in the sky! So anyways, when I came home from biking I spent the rest of the day outside. Who wouldn't when you just escaped a winter with -45 degree celsius weather! Later that night I went out to a friends and had a barbeque. I thought it would be nice to bring a little something for desert so I brought one of those fruit trays. It was so good! Not just talking about the fruit but the barbeque too! So after the amazing meal we sat and talked. I realized I was getting very sleepy, guessing it was from all that fresh air I consumed. Since I was so drousy I decided to go home. I again felt guilty with all the pleasurable food I ate. I woke up today to remember the time had changed so I had slept in longer than usual. I scavenged the fridge to find some breakfast. Fruit. I had brought the leftover fruit tray home from last night. Therefore I feasted on the marvelous fruit and enjoyed the cup of orange juice I had after. Boy, what a cheatful weekend, huh? Well I have decided to work out right after I finish updating you. I need to work off this guilty gut feeling. I am so dissapointed at how much I ate this weekend, though am pleased with the ammount of fruit I consumed. Hopefully your weekend was much less guilt defying than mine! Succeed together, fail together and conquer together! J.

Wednesday!

Another quick post. Workouts have been going great! I feel a teeny bit sore but fully intend on working out tonight! Having another salad for supper tonight. I also bought a pineapple for something other than apples and bananas. Hah! I'm trying to give myself a variety! There is a concern though. Well this Friday I have a few parties I must attend and you know parties... SNACKS! Ahh! What am I going to do? Well if I decide to snack, then I must tell myself not too much. Right? Ah well. You gotta do what you gotta do! If I have to work out double time then fine! Anyways, I've been feeling good! Any stories to share? Any pounds lost? Any pounds gained? Any sneaky little cheats? Begining of Another Week...

Just here to make a quick update! Well all, it's the begining of another week. Another week to work at dropping a bundle of these pounds we want so dearly gone. I did not have salad for lunch today, I sucked in for a peanut butter and honey sandwhich. No judging allowed! Hah! I was in a rush this morning and needed a quick solution. I know it isn't the healthiest solution but it got me to work on time didn't it? I fully intend on having some salad for supper. Then later, I will workout, shower and relax. We all know how rough weight loss can be but just think how happy we are when we get results! I should let you all know Deidre Hall has updated her weight loss challenge videos. There are two new ones! She talks about her progress and Adam's. By the way Adam is a so-called partener in the weight loss challenge with Deidre and all us "Chubettes". That's what Deidre's term is for us "wanna-be-thinners". Any ways, in the new video updates Adam and Deidre answer questions that "wanna-be-thinners" want to know. It is really quite interesting what these two have to say on some of the Chubettes' questions. Make sure if any of the readers want to share stories about their progress or weight loss, feel free to leave some comments and tell us. Sore, Determined and Strong!

This past week I have been eating pretty healthy. Eating salads for suppers and lunches are going pretty well for me. I have been exercsing 3 out of 5 days this week. I had to rest for two days because my body was so sore from doing these hardcore workouts. I must tell you, when your body is sore from working out one night don't continue the next night! Rest! I'm really hoping my hardworking efforts will pay off in the next couple of weeks. Hah! I have been reading and keeping updated on Deidre Hall's weight loss challenge and am very pleased with the amount of work she's been putting in. She's truly an inspiration to us, "wanna-be-thinners". So just to update all of you on my progress, the scale has not changed. I should let you all know though, I am feeling thinner, more energized, determined and strong. Having the support from others is always the best pick-me up. And what is better than the reward of shedding some pounds in the end? It's great to know it's not only myself going through this! If any of you would like to share your your stories, I'm all for it! Don't You Wish These Pounds Could Just Melt Off?

I am just so sick of wanting to lose weight and not losing anything. Gah! The thing I hate is when you go to sit down and your tummy collapses into rolls. The horrible thing is I love food! I really would like to loose a healthy amount of these rolls! Wouldn't we all hey? My goal is to lose 20 pounds. That's a long way to go but if I can't reach 20 then I at least want to strive for 10. I have extra tummy fat and leg fat that need to go! I am sick of having flab hanging over whatever I decide wear! I managed to loose a half a pound today but come on! That's so wimpy! I want more gone! Go away pounds! I do exercise. I am now trying to get into that mode everyday. I do many abdominal exercises, some cardio works and a few stretches that work the back and the legs. I find it easier to plug in your ipod or listen to the radio. In my opinion it can distract you or help you. For example I if I do crunches, I will start at the begining and end at the end of the song. Don't forget to take breaks throughout your workouts! Whatever your workout may be. I find it hard to come from working all day and then telling yourself not to snack. There is just so much determination to losing weight and I think who ever goes through it should have a partener that goes through it with them. That's why I am creating this blog. Anyone who is in the same boat as me, weight loss, can feel free to share their stories and inspire. I believe that we can strive together and shed the pounds together. We can share our weights, goal weights and share our wins, fails and cheats. Us "wanna-be-thinners" can have some fun to you know! We now have each other, come on!! So join me!
